OD-4012

The OD-4012 accepts 7 HD style interchangeable binding modules
for flexible space saving and punch & bind combinations. It has the E-Z Change Die System, and comes with both a manual and an auto-reversing feature that prevents jams. The OD 4012 uses 11" (A4) size dies with open sides for wider sheet punching capability. OD 4800 & OD 4000 dies and modules work on the OD 4012, adding additional useful life to existing equipment. It has easy "Paper to Pin" sight alignment, for balanced hole to edge margins on odd-sized applications and features our unique Punch Registration System that assures accurate margins on an 11" (A4) sheet regardless of which die is used. Punching capacity rated at 25 sheets of 20 lb bond, equal to 50 pages front and back on any hole pattern.

HD–7000

The HD-7000 is a 14 inch (356 mm) open-ended punch that features the patented "quick change" die system for changing punch patterns in 30 seconds; no tools required and no bolts or screws to replace or misplace. The 7000 was designed with the operator in mind, offering quick, easy set-up including easy pin pulls and pre-set paper stop positions. With a full year's warranty on both machine and the dies, this is truly the industry standard. You need look no further for the best.

Punching capacity depends on the punch pattern being used. Rated at 25 to 40 sheets or up to 80 pages of 20 pound bond paper (80 gsm). (15,000 - 18,000 sheets/hour).

HD 7700 Ultima

APES-14

Make your HD7000 Punch twice as productive by getting the new APES-14. APES stands for Automatic Paper Ejector & Stacker module. It punches, ejects and stacks in one continuous operation. The APES-14 easily attaches to your HD 7000 and handles paper sizes from 5.5" X 5.5" up to 14" X 14" (140 X 140mm to 356 X 356mm). For the occasional job that it can’t handle you can use your HD Punch in standard mode while the APES-14 is still attached.

PAL-14

Attachable to any OD Series or HD Series Rhin-O-Tuff punch, the Piks-A-Lift will forever change the way your customers look at our competitors automatic punching systems. When used in combination with our APES-14 module, "hands on" punching control virtually eliminates mis-punched sheets, thereby allowing the numbered page jobs usually excluded from automatic punching. The Piks-A-Lift / APES-14 combo has outperformed many of the fully automatic punches and has done so at less than one-half of their initial cost. The system offers flexibility enough to handle index tabs, clear covers, over-sized covers and paper sizes from 8.5" X 5.5" (140mm X 140mm) up to 8.5" X 14" (356mm x 356mm), both in landscape and portrait. Easy to set up and operate, your customers will appreciate the unbelievable productivity gains attainable with this new module.

RAF-11

The RAF-11 holds up to 5 reams of 20 lb (80gsm) bond paper including tabs, feeding at up to 30,000 sheets per hour. It has continuous feed and take away and is microprocessor controlled.

The patented "Quick Change Die System" Die can be changed in less than 30 seconds.

The RAF-11 is mounted on the HD 7000 punch.

Roll‑@‑Coil

Makes coil inserting fast, effective and easy.

·   Diameter Scale: Helps to verify the coil diameter.

·   Diameter Selector: To best select the correct coil diameter size to the corresponding thickness of the document.

·   Alignment Channel: Aides in conforming the spine of larger documents to the coil shape, for a faster and easier insertion.

·   Electric Roller Inserter (Foot pedal operated): Allows the free use of both hands and grants the operator complete rotating control of the roller. Drastically reduces time and costs by making the inserting surprisingly fast and easy.

·   Pitch Identifier: Verifies that the coil pitch matches that of the punched document.

CI 3000

The CI-3000 provides electric coil inserting and features our patented Lexan Guide for easier insertion of all coil, particularly in books 9/16" thick and up. The unit will handle coil lengths from 6" to 36", providing you with more flexibility for large jobs and calendars.

HD 4170

The HD 4170 "Rhin-O-Roll" Coil Inserter Module has 12" dual powered adjustable rollers for easier more accurate coil insertion. It has gauges for book thickness and coil sizing. The HD 4170 can be used as a stand-alone production coil inserter or it can be attached on any OD or HD Series machine. All pitches and diameters can be inserted using it. The HD 4170 comes with a crimper pliers holder.
